By accessing and using the Know It First platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Know It First is provided by EMC, operated by Frederico Junqueira. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Product Description

Know It First offers digital products including:

• Playbooks
• Templates
• Blueprints
• Related digital resources

These are digital products only. No physical goods are sold. Products are delivered electronically via email after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of EMC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

3.1 Your License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own business or personal purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the products with others
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works
• Use the products for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit while using the Service. By using the Service, you grant EMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your feedback and suggestions to improve the Service.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Methods

Know It First accepts payments through:

• Kiwify (Brazil): Pix, boleto, credit card
• Lemon Squeezy (Global): Credit card, PayPal

4.2 Refund Guarantee

To request a refund, contact us at prnsh.llc@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

4.3 No Refund After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund period expires, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or technical issues that do not prevent access to the product.

5. Disclaimer of Earnings and Income Claims

Your results depend on many factors including:

• Your effort and implementation
• Market conditions
• Competition
• Your business model and industry
• External economic factors

Past performance and case studies do not guarantee future results. Any testimonials or examples are individual experiences and may not be typical.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
• This includes but is not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.

THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

EMC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including:

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• Kiwify & Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. EMC is not responsible for their operations or data practices.

11. Termination

EMC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment

Upon termination, your right to use the products ceases. You must stop all use and delete any local copies of the products if requested.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital services and e-commerce in the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For services marketed in Brazil, Brazilian law shall apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
